(*) Should the addressee live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, they will have to pay a customs clearance fee (20€)

All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Topballerinas cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. Remember that this rate is not a shipping/delivery cost.

REFUND POLICY

The merchandise can be returned and you will receive a full refund for the amount of your original transaction. Not be accepted under any circumstances, the return of the shoes have been used.

After receiving the merchandise, you have 7 days within which to have the item shipped and/or postmarked for return. Topballerinas does not take responsibility for the lost merchandise, so we recommend that you get in touch with us and explain to us the reason for the return. This involves no additional expenses. All returned products must be in its original box and undamaged. Should the shoes be damaged or not in its original box, Topballerinas reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.

Mahonia Negocios, S.L. reserves the right to modify its website without prior warning. It can change, delete or add both, the contect and the services it offers and the way it which these appear on the website.
